Proposed Revisions to K.A.R. 40-7-25

K.A.R. 40-7-25. Agencies; termination of contract; certification. The termination of an agency agency’s contract by an insurer shall automatically terminate the certification of all each individual agents agent in that agency if the certification of each agent is derived solely from the agency’s certification.
