K.A.R. 40-3-5. Fire and casualty
insurance; rating organizations; filing of forms. This proposed regulation defines terms applicable to rating
organizations and outlines the requirements for filing forms with the
Commissioner of Insurance. The primary changes to K.A.R. 40-3-5 are the removal
of repealed statutes and the addition of current ones. The remaining changes are technical.
There is no economic impact on insurers, consumers, the
Kansas Insurance Department, and other governmental agencies, if any.
K.A.R. 40-3-12. Fire and casualty
insurance companies; rating plans; requirements. This proposed regulation defines terms
applicable to rating plans and outlines the requirements for individual risk
rating plans. The primary changes to K.A.R. 40-3-12 are the removal of repealed
statutes and the addition of current ones.
The remaining changes are technical.
There is no economic impact on
insurers, consumers, the Kansas Insurance Department, and other governmental
agencies, if any.
K.A.R. 40-3-47. Fire and casualty
insurance; rating organizations; filing of final rates prohibited; kinds
of insurance affected. This proposed regulation specifies
which lines of business rating organizations must develop forms for and file
those forms with the Commissioner of Insurance for perspective loss cost. The
primary changes to K.A.R. 40-3-47 are the removal of repealed statutes and the
addition of current ones as well as the removal of deadlines that have passed for
developing and filing forms for certain lines of business.
