K.A.R. 40-1-51. Securities valuation; requirements. The following document prepared by the national association of insurance commissioners and dated July 2003 December 2004 is hereby adopted by reference: “purposes and procedures of the securities valuation office of the national association of insurance commissioners.” However, the “special insert” pages and pages A-2 through A-11 of the appendix are not adopted.
