K.A.R. 40-7-19. Agents; individual records; fees. (a) Each person, company, or organization requesting a paper copy of any verification of license record, duplicate license, certification of home state, or clearance letter from the commissioner shall pay a fee of $10.00.

(b)  The fee established by this regulation shall be charged for each document requested and shall not be refunded for any reason.
