K.A.R. 40-4-35. Medicare supplement policies; minimum standards; requirements.  (a) The Kansas insurance department’s “policy and procedure to implement medicare supplement insurance minimum standard,” including the appendices, dated May 17, 2005, is hereby adopted by reference.

This regulation shall supersede any other Kansas insurance department regulation to the extent that the other regulation or any provision of it is inconsistent with or contrary to this regulation.
