Article 4. Accident and Health Insurance

40-4-28 Same; hospital confinement indemnity coverage.

“Hospital confinement indemnity coverage'' means a policy of accident and sickness insurance which provides, for each person insured under the policy, daily benefits for hospital confinement, on an indemnity basis, in an amount not less than $50 per day and for not less than 31 days during any one period of confinement.
