Article 4. Accident and Health Insurance

40-4-13 Accident and health insurance; applications; ``catchall'' questions.

An application for accident and health insurance shall not contain a nonspecific question concerning the general medical history of the applicant unless the question is limited in application to a specific period of time not in excess of five years.
