Article 3. Fire and Casualty Insurance

40-3-2 Foreign stock or mutual fire and casualty companies; deposit requirements.

Capital stock or mutual fire and casualty insurance companies not organized under the laws of this state shall comply with the deposit requirements contained in articles 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16 of chapter 40, Kansas Statutes Annotated, pertaining to companies organized under the laws of this state.
