Article 15. Variable Annuities or Separate Accounts

40-15-4 Same; filing of contracts.

The filing requirements applicable to variable contracts shall be the filing requirements for individual and group life insurance contract form filings under K.S.A. 40-216, 40-420, 40-421 and 40-434.
