40-13-6 Disclaimer of beneficial ownership.

Each person filing a statement may expressly declare that the filing of the statement shall not be construed as an admission that the person is, for the purpose of K.S.A. 40-264 and 40-265, the beneficial owner of any equity securities covered by the statement.
