Article 1. General
40-1-33 Suspension
of form filing requirements.
The filing
requirements of K.S.A. 40-216 shall be suspended when insurance policies,
endorsements, riders, and other forms cannot be filed before use because:
(a) A change in company officers makes obsolete the signatures appearing
on existing forms. If the validity of contracts issued subsequent to such a
change in officers would be affected, the filing requirements shall not be
suspended; or
(b) an existing supply of forms is depleted and the replacement forms
bear a different printing date or edition identity.
This suspension shall not apply to any other changes.
