Company desktop offers insurance companies the opportunity to transact business electronically with the Kansas Insurance Department. Services available include appointment and termination reports, monthly appointment billings, preparing and submitting taxes and annual filing forms, uploading anti-fraud plans and initiatives, and updating addresses and contact information.
Producer Desktop allows Kansas insurance agents to conduct business with the Department electronically. Services include address change requests, printing individualized licenses and wallet cards, and downloading certification letters. Future applications will include online continuing education and license renewal, as well as initial licensing and virtually all other agent requests that can be automated.
